The goal, to inspire more women to choose art as a career. Great cover photographs like this one of Tracee Badway by Adam Biba make all the difference.
This was a redesign of the current newsletter which had a very corporate look and feel. The goal of the new design was to appeal to not only female artists but young artists in general. Also of consideration is how to engage the short attention spans we all have.
Success: Female enrollment over time went from the minority (30%) to the majority (Over 60%).
